You begin with our Free Consultation, where we explore your situation, and how we can help. Here you can experience firsthand the focusing power of a phone session.

Coaching sessions take place, usually on the phone, 3 to 4 times a month, and can be tailored to meet your needs, goals and schedule. You report on your efforts, how you want to focus the session, and together we build solutions, crystallize learning, and identify action steps for your next week.

Group Coaching is a rich opportunity to work with your coach while connecting with people who share common concerns and can offer each other mutual support, feedback, and wisdom.

Abilities testing and interpretation is offered for those who want an accurate, objective picture of their natural abilities to build on. A nation-wide program licenses us to deliver this invaluable service.

Teleclasses are topical and time limited, focusing on issues of interest to you, and can involve mutual sharing and information exchange among participants. We announce teleclasses in our monthly newsletter.

MakeLifeWork! is our Free monthly Newsletter, filled with short, exciting articles, book reviews, resources, and other items of interest to people who are building their lives.
